241 one boy Horse' one omnibus wagon and harness; two barshear Ploughs; three Shovel Ploughs; one black Cow; one red buffalo Cow; twenty Sheep; sixteen Hogs; two sets wagon harness; three sets plough gear; one spring Sofa; two Bureaus; one Bedstead, one Bedstead, feather bed and bedding; two Tables; two Cook stoves and fixtures; two air tight stoves; eighteen Chairs; two Clocks; one dining set; lot of earthen and queen's ware; one double barrel gun; and fixtures; and also all my right and interest in and to all crops of every kind growing or otherwise which are upon or purtain to the premises occupied by me Provided that if I the said Joseph A. M.cNew shall pay to the said William A. Webb the said sum of one thousand three hundred eighty one dollars and sixty one Cents, with the interest thereon on or before the 14.th day of August eighteen hundred and fifty eight then these presents shall be void Witness my hand and seal this fourteenth day of August eighteen hundred and fifty seven Attest Joseph A.
