year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty seven
before me the subscriber a Justice of the Peace of said County
& State personally appeared Nelly Cromwell & Edward N.
Trimble the parties to the foregoing indenture they being
known to me of my own knowledge and acknowledged
the same to be their act & deed for the purposes therein mentioned

day of June 1857 a stray bull of a light brindle couller
marked with large stripes of white about the body and
white face with horns suppose to be about 4 years old
