before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged: have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Mary G. Waters her executors administrators and assigns the following property to wit: one Sorrel Horse, 1 Carriage and Harness, one Cart and Harness, one Fan, one Corn sheller four Cows, one Waggon, one wheel barrow, six set of waggon gears two Harrows, five shovel Ploughs, twenty walnut chairs one Cubbord, two Benches To Have and To Hold the said described property to the said Mary G. Waters her executors administrators and assigns forever; and he the said John L. Brown for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said John L. Brown unto the said Mary G. Waters her against all and every other person or persons whatsoever shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of of April Eighteen hundred and fifty seven Signed Sealed and delivered Jno L.
