201 hundred and fifty six Now the Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Littleton Maclin shall faithfully execute his Officer as Treasurer of Howard County and well and truly account for and pay over to the Commissioners of Howard County the several sums of money which he shall receive or be accountable for at such times as the law the directs and shall faithfully perform the several duties imposed upon him by law in his Office of Clerk to the Commissioners of Howard County then this obligation to be null and void otherwise to remain in full force and virtue Signed Sealed and delivered Littleton Maclin (seal) in the presence of W. County and State above named of the other part Witnesseth that the said Bartholomew Welsh hath placed and bound out by these presents doth place and bind out his son William Welsh as an apprentice to the said Dean for the space of three years from this date to learn the art of the show making bussiness which the said William Dean agrees to instruct him in all the various branches of said trade and to bord and provide good substantial working clothes both winter and summer to suit each season of the year together with boots and shoes to suit and his washing and mending: And the said Dean to give the said William Welsh six months schooling during his time of service for which he is bound and at the expiration of his time the said |
