from said date negro Sam aged four Years on the eighth day
of March 1856 to serve until the eighth day of March 1892 negro
Annjuline aged twenty two Years on the fifteenth day of May
1856 to serve twelve Years from said date or until the fifteenth
day of May 1868 negro Andrew aged three Years on the
first day of April 1856 to serve until he is forty Years
of age or untill the first day of April 1893 and negro
Daniel aged one Year on the eleventh day of October
1856 serve untill the eleventh day of October 1895
To Have and To Hold all and singular the said named
and described negroes above bargained and sold or
mentioned and intended so to be to the said Benjamin
Williams his heirs executors administrators and assigns
for and during the above specified terms of service
I the said Ann Iglehart for myself my heirs executors
and Administrators all and singular will warrant and
forever defend unto the said Benjamin Williams his
Executors administrators and assigns against me
the said Ann Iglehart my executors and Administrators
and against all and every other person or persons
whatsoever shall and will warrant warrant and
forever defend by these presents.  In Witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal
on this twentieth day of October eighteen hundred
and fifty six

Be it remembered and it is hereby certified that on this
twentyeth day of October one thousand eight hundred
and fifty six before me the subscriber a Justice of
the peace of said state in and for said County
personally appears Ann Iglehart who is known
to me of my own knowledge to be the person who
is named and described as and professing to be
the party grantor in the foregoing deed or bill
of sale to be her act and deed according to the
true intent and meaning thereof  In testimony
whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name
on the day and Year aforesaid    And at
the same time came Benjamin Williams and
made oath on the Holy Evangely of
Almighty God that the consideration money
mentioned in the aforegoing bill of sale is true
