188 State of Maryland Frederick County Sct It is hereby certified that on this 23.d day of September A. D. 1856 before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and for the County aforesaid persenally appeared Outerbridge Horsey and May D. Gouverneur who are known to me of my own knowledge as the parties named and described as and professing to be the parties grantors in the within bill of sale and acknowledged the same to be their act and deed and at the same time and place also appeared Joseph Rennehan being known to be as the party grantee in the above instrument of writing and made oath according to laws that the consideration in said instrument W.m H. Hilleary is bonafide just and true as therein set forth W.m H. Hilleary J. P. State of Maryland Frederick County Sct I hereby certify that William H. Hilleary Esquire before whom the aforegoing acknowledgement & affedavit were made and who has thereto subscribed his name was at the time of so doing a Justice of the Peace of the state of Maryland in and for Frederick County duly elected commissioned and sworn In testimony whereof I hereunto subscribe my (seals) name and affix the seal of the Circuit Court (place) for Frederick County this 23d day of Sept A.
