173 Received to be recorded on the 10.th day of may 1856 same day recorded and examined per W. H. Worthington clk
of one hundred and fifty dollars current Money to me in hand paid by Rebecca Beasman of county and state aforesaid at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents the receipt whereof I the said Samuel Beasman do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold and by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto the said Rebecca Beasman her executors adminastrators and assigns all the goods chattles farming implements and horses expressed and contained in the schudule hereunto annexed that is to say the two horses now in my possesion a set of harness for four horses a crop of corn growing of twenty acres two seed ploughs one doble shovel plough one single shovel plough one large diamond harrow and one cultivator all and singular which said goods and chattles are now remaining and being in my possesion, To Have and To Hold all and singular the said goods and chattles or other premises above bargained and sold or mentioned and intended so to be to the said Rebecca Beasman her executors adminastrators and assigns forever and I the said Samuel Beasman for myself my heirs executors and adminastrators all and singular the said goods and chattles and other premises unto the said Rebecca Beasman her executors adminastrators and assigns against me the Samuel Beasman my executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons |
