Samuel T. Murray
  Deed of Trust to
Stephen Gorsuch
 This Indenture made this
twelth day of March eighteen
hundred & fifty six between
Samuel T. Murray of
Howard county & state of maryland of the
first part & Stephen Gorsuch of carroll county
& state aforesaid of the second part witnesseth
that for and in consideration of the sum
of one dollar current money to the said Murray
in hand paid by the said Gorsuch at or before
the sealing & delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged the
said Samuel T. Murray has bargained & sold
transferred assigned & conveyed & by these
presents doth bargain & sell transfer assign
convey & make over unto the said
Stephen Gorsuch his heirs executors administrators
& assigns.  All the goods wares
Merchandize chattels effects and property
real personal and mixed of every kind
& description belonging to or owned by said
Samuel T. Murray & also all debts sums of
money due or owing to said Murray
bonds bills notes books of account evidences
and vouchers touching the same
To Have and To Hold all and singular the
said property effects &c above specified
unto the said stephen Gorsuch his heirs
executors administrators & assigns.  In
trust nevertheless to sell & dispose of at
credit as to him may appear best the
said trust property & effects and convey
& deliver the same to the purchaser
or purchasers thereof and the proceeds
arising therefrom as well as from collections
or or recoverrer of all obligations of
whatever character or description to apply
as follows to wit; first to the payment
& discharge of all the expenses & costs of
executing this trust including a
commission of five percentum to said
trustee on all sums by him received
second to the payment of a single bill
from said Murray to said Gorsuch
