expressed and contained in
the schedule hereinafter mentioned
that is to say two dark bay horses one black
Horse one light four horse waggon two
double shovell plows one shear plow one
Harrow Three cultvators one black sow &
eight shoats one blue sow and five shoats ten fat
hogs four setts of Harness forty five barrells of
corn twenty two bushells of wheat five
Bushells in the ground and one stack of hay
all and singular which said goods & chattles
are now remaining standing and
being in the occupation of the said Leander
Waters.  To Have and To Hold all and singular
the said goods and chattles and other the
premises above bargained and sold or
mentioned and intended so to be to the
said George W. Hoyle his executors administrators
and assigns forever and ^I^ the
said Leander Waters for my self my heirs
executors and administrators all and
singular the said goods and chattles and
other the premises unto the said George W.
Hoyle his executors administrators and assigns
against me the said Leander Waters
my executors and administrators and
against all and every other person or persons
whatsoever shall and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents of all
and singular which said goods & chattles
and other the premises I the said Leander
Waters have put the said Geo. W. Hoyle
in full possession by delivering to him
the said Geo. W. Hoyle one black horse at
the sealing and delivering of these presents
in the name of the whole premises
hereby bargained and sold or mentioned
and intended to be so unto him the said
Geo. W. Hoyle as aforesaid.  In witness whereof
I the said Leander Waters have hereunto
set my hand and affixed my seal this thirtyeth
day of November eighteen hundred
and fifty five
signed sealed and delivered     Leander Waters  (seal)
       in presence of
Ignatius Waters J. Peace
