121 arrive at the age of twenty one years that is to say until the fourteenth day of June A. D. one thousand eight hundred and sixty two and the said Robert H. Hare hath and by these presents doth agree to take the said James Williamson as an apprentice until he shall arrive at the said age and the said Robert H. Hare doth expressly covenant and agree with the said Michael Williamson that he will teach and instruct the said apprentice in the business of a farmer and that he will well and faithfully find for the said apprentice good and sufficient cloathing meat lodging and other necessaries fit and proper for such an apprentice during the term aforesaid and further annually pay to the said Michael Williamson the sum of twenty dollars after deducting therefrom Doctors Bills or any expense to which he may be put by the misconduct of the said apprentice provided that the last payment shall be made to the said Michael for the use of the said apprentice at his Majority. In witness whereof the said parties have hereunto set their seals this day and year first above written sealed & delivered in R. H. Hare (seal) the presence of This Julia A.
