faithfully execute his office as treasurer
of Howard county and well
and truly account for and pay over
to the commissioners of Howard
county the several sums of money
which he shall receive or be accountable
for at such times as the
law directs and shall faithfully
perform the several duties imposed
upon him by law in his office of
clerk to the commissioners of Howard
county then this obligation to be
null and void otherwise to remain
in full force and virtue

                   and by these presents doth apprentice
                   his son James Williamson unto
