Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1990, to extend the time on the
availability of funds to be credited to the Ocean Beach Replenishment Fund;
amending Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1990, the Maryland Consolidated Capital
Bond Loan of 1990, to permit any funds remaining in the total appropriation for
construction created by the Act to be used to purchase capital equipment under
certain circumstances; amending Chapter 421 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1990, the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1990, to authorize the
crediting of unused appropriations for completed capital projects to the
Construction Contingency Fund; amending Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1990, the
Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1990, as amended by Chapter 471 of
the Acts of 1991, the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to correct
technical errors in the appropriation to the Division of Correction for State
correctional facilities, to permit a portion of the funds remaining in the
appropriation for Inmate Surge Housing to be used for a new Medium/Minimum
security facility (site to be determined); amending Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1990,
the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1990, as amended by Chapter 471
of the Acts of 1991, the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to
permit a portion of the funds remaining in the appropriation for construction and
equipping of the Occupational Skills Training Center in Baltimore City to be
credited to the Construction Contingency Fund established by this Act; amending
Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1990, the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of
1990, as amended by Chapter 471 of the Acts of 1991, the Maryland Consolidated
Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to extend the time on the availability of funds to be
credited to the Juvenile Services Capital Project Fund; amending Chapter 471 of the
Acts of 1991, the Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to permit
funds remaining in the appropriation for the construction of a parking facility at
Gott's Court in Annapolis to be used for the renovation of the O'Conor Building
and garage in Baltimore; amending Chapter 471 of the Acts of 1991, the Maryland
Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to alter the restrictions on expenditure of
funds for site acquisition and planning for the Annapolis District Court/Multiservice
Center; amending Chapter 471 of the Acts of 1991, the Maryland Consolidated
Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to provide for the cancellation of the authorization for
a golf course at Rocky Gap State Park if certain requirements are not met by a
certain date; amending Chapter 471 of the Acts of 1991, the Maryland Consolidated
Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to correct technical errors in the appropriation to the
Division of Correction for State correctional facilities, to permit funds remaining in
the appropriation to design and construct two 192-cell maximum security housing
units (5 & 6) at the Maryland House of Correction (Anne Arundel County) to be
used to equip the housing units; amending Chapter 471 of the Acts of 1991, the
Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to permit funds remaining in
the appropriation for renovation and equipping of Hayden-Harris Hall at the
University of Maryland at Baltimore to be used for the construction of Phase I of
the Health Sciences Facility; amending Chapter 471 of the Acts of 1991, the
Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1991, to permit funds remaining in
the appropriation to construct an addition to Douglass Library at the University of
Maryland Eastern Shore also to be used to purchase capital equipment for Douglass
Library, to provide funds for the purchase of capital equipment at the Chesapeake
