State of Maryland Baltimore City Sct.  I hereby Certify that Roger Oneale, Esquire, before whom
the annexed affidavit was made and who has thereto subscribed his name was at the time of so
             doing a Justice of the Peace of the State of Maryland in and for the City of Baltimore,
(seal)     duly commissioned and sworn.  In Testimony Whereof, I hereto set my hand and
              affix the seal of the Superior Court of Baltimore City this eighth day of July AD 1852.

John R Andrew      Be it remembered and it is hereby Certified that the following Bill of Sale
Exd   from   √  80   was received and recorded on the 12th day of July 1852 to wit.
Thomas Bestpitch   Know all men by these presents that I Thomas Bestpitch of Dorchester
                               County, in the State of Maryland, for and in consideration of the sum of
Fifty Dollars current money to me in hand paid by John R. Andrews of Dorchester County
in the said State at and before the sealing and delivering of these presents, the receipt whereof
I the said Thomas Bestpitch do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained and sold and
by these presents, do grant, bargain and sell unto the said John R. Andrews, his executors, administrators
and assigns, all the following named goods, chattels, that is to say, one bay mare,
two bulls, one ox, two carts, and fourteen sheep, all and singular, which said goods and
chattels are now remaining and being on a certain messuage or tenement, situate on the upper
or northeast and of an Island called Elliot's Island, in the aforesaid County, and now in
the occupation of the said Thomas Bestpitch.  To Have and To Hold, all and singular
the said goods and Chattels, and other the premises above bargained and sold, or mentioned
and intended so to be to the said John R. Andrews, his administrators, Executors, and assigns
forever, and I the said Thomas Bestpitch, for my self my heirs, executors and administrators,
all and singular the said goods and chattels and other the premises unto the said John R.
Andrews, his executors, administrators and assigns, against me the said Thomas Bestpitch,
my Executors and administrators and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever,
shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents, of all and singular which
said goods and chattels and other the premises I the said Thomas Bestpitch have put
the said John R. Andrews, in full possession, by delivering to him the said John R. Andrews
in full possession by delivering to him the said John R. Andrews, the aforesaid bay
mare at the sealing and delivering of these presents in the name of the whole premises, hereby
bargained and sold, or mentioned and intended to be so unto him the said John R. Andrews
as aforesaid; In Witness Whereof the said Thomas Bestpitch, has hereunto subscribed his name
and affixed his seal, this the tenth day of July, Eighteen hundred and fifty two.

                                              The State of Maryland Dorchester County to wit:  Be it remembered
and it is hereby certified that on the tenth day of July; in the year Eighteen hundred
and fifty two personally appeared Thomas Bestpitch the party grantor in the aforegoing
Bill of sale and acknowledged the same to be his act and Deed and delivered the same
for the uses and purposes therein mentioned and on the same day before me personally appeared
