102 to the Same; also one Single upright Saw Mill, gate ratchet wheel and shafting belonging to the Same and also the fixtures including the Carriage and ways fixed to the said Saw forty five feet long; one Crank wheel shaft and pulley belonging to the Same; one belt fourteen inches wide and about thirty feet long, belonging to the gang mill one belt twelve inches wide and about thirty feet long, belonging to the aforesaid single upright saw; one belt belonging to the log wheel about thirty feet long one large Cast iron Cog wheel about seven feet in diameter with pinion Shafting and fixtures which is used for hauling up logs in the mill; one line of wrought iron shafting about sixteen feet long two and one half inches in diameter with three pulleys on the Same for driving Circular Saws; one Circular Saw, mondrel frame and fixtures to the same the said saw being thirty inches in diameter one Circular saw for sawing lathes and the fixtures thereto belonging; one Chain about one hundred and fifty feet long used for hauling logs in the mill one Chain about eighty feet long used for hoisting timber off the Carriages, one Chain about seventy five feet long used for a Crane; one set of Crane irons and fixtures; two rail road Cars one used for hauling up logs in the mill and the other for taking the lumber out of the mill; four Crow bars, two Cant hooks one monkey wrench and one key wrench together with all and singular other the articles and fixtures to the said mill belonging or appertaining, it being the Same engine boilers and machinery which were built by Neall and Matthews machinists of Bush Hill Philadelphia and put up by Nathan Cowman mill wright of Philadelphia for one John Stull in the year eighteen hundred and forty seven of Forestville in Queen Annes County and state of Maryland aforesaid To Have and To Hold the above described steam saw mill and all the above mentioned fixtures articles and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him the said Jeremiah Stull his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns to his and their own proper use and behoof and to and for no other use interest or purpose whatsoever. And whereas I the Said David D. Baker am about to remove the said saw mill and all the fixtures thereunto belonging to "near Vienna Dorchester County" in the State of Maryland for the purpose of putting up the same and Sawing Lumber. I do hereby give and grant unto the Said Jeremiah Stull his Executors, administrators and assigns and to his and their agent or agents appointed for that purpose to enter upon the premises whereupon the said mill may be erected and to take possession of and remove the Same together with all the fixtures thereto belonging and dispose of the Same in Such manner as to him or them may seem proper without the let hindrance, suit or molestation of me the said Barber, my agents, employees or any other person or persons Claiming by, from or under me the said David D. Barber if and whenever either of the aforesaid notes shall not be paid at its maturity In testimony whereof I the said David D. Barber have hereunto set my hand and seal this nineteenth day of January in the year Eighteen hundred and fifty four Signed Sealed and delivered David A. Barber (seal) in presence of E.
