Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 2004 - Baltimore County - The
Children's Home
FOR the purpose of removing a requirement that the Board of Directors of The
Children's Home, Inc. grant a certain easement to the Maryland Historical
Trust.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Chapter 204 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2003, as amended by
Chapter 432 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2004
Section 13(3)(i) Item T and (ii) Item I
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Chapter 204 of the Acts of 2003, as amended by Chapter 432 of the Acts of
2004
SECTION 13. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:
(3)
(i) $15,200,000 for the following projects initially approved
by the Senate:
(T) The Children's Home. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $250,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching
fund provided, to the Board of Directors of The
Children's Home, Inc. for the construction and capital
equipping of a diagnostic treatment facility, located in
Catonsville[, subject to a requirement that the grantee
grant and convey an historic easement to the Maryland
Historical Trust] (Baltimore County)............................. 250,000
(ii) $2,500,000 for the following projects initially approved
by the House:
