SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - State Government
2-10A-11.
(a) There is a Joint Committee on Unemployment Insurance
Oversight.
(b) The Committee consists of the following 15 members:
(1) three members of the Senate, appointed by the
President of the Senate;
(2) three members of the house of delegates, appointed
by the Speaker of the House of Delegates;
(3) the Secretary of labor, Licensing, and Regulation,
or the Secretary's designee;
(4) the Secretary of Business and Economic
Development, or the Secretary's designee;
(5) a representative of the maryland retailers
Association, designated by the Maryland Retailers Association;
(6) a representative of the maryland chamber of
Commerce, designated by the Maryland Chamber of Commerce;
