Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2006-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN LAKE
PARK, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland (2006 Thomson/West, current through Chapter 18 of the 2006
Regular Session, and as amended from time to time) and Section 13 of Article 23 A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (2006 Thomson/West, current through Chapter 18 of the
2006 Regular Session, and as amended from time to time), to repeal Section 26-56 of the
Mountain Lake Park Charter, said Section being entitled "Compensation of Employees"
in its entirety and to reenact a new Section 26-56 in its place and stead.
[Section 26-56 of the Charter of the Town of Mountain Lake Park, Garrett County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed.

(1990 Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), added.

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2006-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN LAKE
PARK, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland (2006 Thomson/West, current through Chapter 18 of the 2006
Regular Session, and as amended from time to time) and Section 13 of Article 23 A of the
