Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2006-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN LAKE
PARK, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland (2005 Thomson/West, current with laws from the 2005 Regular
Session, effective through July 1, 2005, and as amended from time to time) and Section
13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (2005 Thomson/West, current with
laws from the 2005 Regular Session, effective through July 1, 2005, and as amended
from time to time), to repeal Section 26-47 of the Mountain Lake Park Charter, said
Section being entitled: "Audits" in its entirety and reenact a new Section 26-47 in its
place and stead.
