Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2006-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF LOCH LYNN
HEIGHTS, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, to repeal Section 62 of the Loch Lynn Heights Charter, said Section being
entitled "Payment of Indebtedness," in its entirety and to reenact a new Section 62
entitled "Authority for Borrowing; Payment of Indebtedness" in its place and stead.
[Section 62 of the Charter of the Town of Loch Lynn Heights, Garrett County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2005 Supplement), repealed.

A RESOLUTION CONCERNING:
The Charter of the Town of Manchester
FOR THE PURPOSE OF amending certain provisions of said Charter providing for the
powers and duties of the office of Mayor and Town Administrator by repealing,
and repealing and reenacting with amendments, certain sections of said Charter.
[Sections C4-4B, C6-2, C6-11, and C6-22 of the Charter of the Town of
Manchester, Carroll County, as found in the Public Local Laws of
Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2005
Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with amendments.
