Charter; providing that all general obligation bonds, notes or other evidences of
indebtedness validly issued by the Town previous to the effective date of the
Charter amendments adopted by this Resolution, and all ordinances and
resolutions passed concerning them, are declared to be valid, legal and binding and
of full force and effect as if fully set forth in the Charter; generally relating to the
issuance and terms of such general obligation bonds, notes or other evidences of
indebtedness of the Town; and providing for compliance with certain provisions of
the Annotated Code of Maryland pertaining to Charter amendments.

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 2006-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF LOCH LYNN
HEIGHTS, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland (1981 Constitutions Replacement Volume) and Section 13 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 1999
Cumulative Supplement), to repeal Section 33 of the Charter of Loch Lynn Heights,
Garrett County, Maryland, said Section being entitled: "Election of Town Officers," in its
entirety and reenact a new Section 33 in its place and stead.
