AN ACT amending Agricultural Land Preservation provisions of the Howard County
Code; amending certain definitions; removing certain obsolete definitions and
terms; providing that real property subject to an Agricultural Land Preservation
Easement that was released under certain terms may be donated to the County;
providing that the County will release one-acre lots for subdivision if the release is
allowed under the deed of easement; amending the qualifications to serve on the
Howard County Agricultural Land Preservation Board; and generally relating to
the Howard County Agricultural Land Preservation program.

form; providing options and alternatives; setting forth certain procedural
requirements; amending the requirements for information to be provided as part of
