change from former Art. 83C, § 2-127.1. In subsection (c)(1) of this section, the former reference to each child "in
aftercare" is deleted as surplusage. In subsection (c)(4) of this section, the requirement to file an annual report
"with the Department" is added for clarity and consistency with subsection
(c)(1) and (3) of this section. Defined term: "Department" § 9-101 9-241. REQUIRED PROGRAMS. (A) IN GENERAL.
