the purpose of funding repairs and
maintenance at the State House may not
he expended until the Department of
General Services submits a report to the

provides a comprehensive facility
maintenance and repair assessment, and
remediation plan for the State House. The
budget committees shall have 45 days
from the date of receipt of the report to
