Provided that the Office of the Attorney
General may not fill or expend funds for
position numbers NEW006, NEW007,
NEW008, NEW013, NEW015, and
NEW017, NEW001, NEW002, NEW004,
NEW010, NEW011, NEW013, and
NEW014 NEW008, NEW011, NEW013,
NEW014, NEW015, AND NEW017 until:
(1) the agency submits a long-term
staffing analysis and plan,
including:
(a) long-term mission and
strategic plan for the agency;
(b) current staffing levels
(attorneys and support staff)
within each function and the
extent of employees' duties and
responsibilities within these
functions:
(c) an explanation as to how the
duties and responsibilities of
each of the new positions
received relate to the agency's
long-term mission and strategic
plan; and
(2) the budget committees shall have
45 days from the date of receipt of
the report to review and comment.
