Ch. 268 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND WHEREAS, Misinformation and a lack of empathy may contribute to abuse of SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF (a) There is a Task Force on Parking for Individuals with Disabilities. (b) The Task Force consists of the following members: (1) two members of the Senate of Maryland, appointed by the President (2) two members of the House of Delegates, appointed by the Speaker of (3) the
(4) the Secretary of Aging, or the Secretary's designee; (5) the Secretary of Housing and Community Development, or the (6) a representative of the Maryland Chiefs of Police Association; (7) the Director of the Governor's Office for Individuals with Disabilities, (8) the Motor Vehicle Administrator, or the Administrator's designee;
(10) a representative of the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of Maryland; (11) a representative of the Maryland Association of Counties; and (12) the following 10 individuals, who shall be appointed by the Governor: (i) a resident of Garrett County, Allegany County, Washington - 982 -
