Ch. 107 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND CHAPTER 107 (Senate Bill 228) AN ACT concerning Harford County - Light Wines Produced at Wineries - Retail Sale to Consumers FOR the purpose of authorizing, in Harford County, a winery that has been issued a BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Annotated Code of Maryland SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 4-201. (a) A Class A light wine license may be issued only in: (1) Baltimore County; (2) Carroll County; (3) Dorchester County; (4) Frederick County; (5) Garrett County; (6) Harford County; (7) Montgomery County; (8) Somerset County; (9) Talbot County; and (10) Washington County. (b) (1) The annual fee for this license is $50. (2) In Montgomery County the annual license fee is $100. - 510 -
