(H) ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD IN THE ESTABLISHMENT ONLY
UNTIL 1:30 A.M.
(I) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS MAY NOT ISSUE MORE THAN A
TOTAL OF 3 BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSES IN THE HUNT VALLEY
COMMERCIAL/MIXED USE FOCAL POINT UNDER THE EXCEPTIONS IN RULE 19 OF THE
RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE BALTIMORE COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning
Anne Arundel County - Right to Farm
FOR the purpose of authorizing the County Council of Anne Arundel County to adopt
an ordinance, resolution, or regulation or take other action that the County
Council considers necessary to protect a person's right to farm or engage in
agricultural or forestry operations; requiring the County Council to hold a public
hearing and provide reasonable notice of the hearing before adopting a certain
ordinance, resolution, or regulation or taking other action under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to the authority of the County Council of
Anne Arundel County to protect a person's right to farm.
