Ch. 79 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages 2-101. (o) (1) In this subsection the following words have the meanings indicated.
