Systems, Private, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the
regulation of private waste disposal systems; to require a minimum reserve lot
area for waste disposal based on public sewer priority to provide for design and
installation standards for systems; to provide for variances in certain design
standards; to provide for penalties for violation of this Chapter; and generally
relating to private waste disposal systems.

Growth Management, of Chapter 267 Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide for the type of information to be contained within the
growth report; to provide for adequacy standards for schools; and generally
relating to adequate public facilities.

terms of Board members; to establish the Board's powers and duties; and
generally relating to the Adequate public Facilities Advisory Board.
