HARFORD COUNTY

CONTAINED IN CERTAIN CITATIONS; AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY TO
DESIGNATE AN ATTORNEY TO PROSECUTE COUNTY INFRACTIONS;
PROVIDING FOR A CERTAIN STANDARD OF PROOF TO BE IN A PROCEEDING
FOR A COUNTY INFRACTION; PROVIDING FOR THE APPLICATION OF THIS
ACT; AND GENERALLY RELATING TO THE PROSECUTION OF VIOLATIONS
OF ORDINANCES IN DORCHESTER COUNTY.

AN ACT OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DORCHESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND
TO REPEAL AND REENACT CHAPTER 78 OF THE DORCHESTER COUNTY
CODE, "DOG CONTROL" ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR DOG CONTROL
IN DORCHESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND, PROVIDING: THAT THE SAME SHALL
BE KNOWN AS THE DORCHESTER COUNTY DOG CONTROL ORDINANCE:
FOR DEFINITIONS OF CERTAIN TERMS USED IN THE BODY THEREOF: FOR
THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE ACT: THAT THE ACT SHALL APPLY
THROUGHOUT THE UNINCORPORATED AREA OF DORCHESTER COUNTY:
FOR THE IMPOUNDING AND DISPOSITION OF CERTAIN DOGS: FOR THE
REDEMPTION OF IMPOUNDED DOGS AND THE FEES AND CHARGES
THEREFOR: FOR ESTABLISHING A DOG LICENSE SYSTEM, PROVIDING FOR
FEES, LICENSE PERIODS AND PENALTIES FOR NOT OBTAINING: FOR
REQUIRING LICENSE TAGS TO BE ATTACHED TO DOGS; FOR ESTABLISHING
GENERAL PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION OF THIS ACT: THAT IF ANY PART OF
THIS ORDINANCE IS DETERMINED TO BE INVALID, SUCH WILL NOT AFFECT
THE WHOLE THEREOF: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

HARFORD COUNTY
Bill No. 03-9

AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection A of Section 123-16,
Tax exemptions for incorporated towns, of Article I, General Provisions, of
Chapter 123, Finance and Taxation, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide that county-related transportation expenses shall be a listed activity for
which no levy shall be made on property within the incorporated towns.

Bill No. 03-11 (As Amended)

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Section 267-34, AG
Agricultural District, of Article VI, District Regulations, of Part 1, Standards, of
Chapter 267, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to repeal the
transfer of development rights process
to provide the conditions and restrictions
under which development rights may be transferred to or from parcels zoned
AG; to provide that those development rights transferred through recordation in
the land records of Harford County prior to a certain date shall not be subject to
this Act; and generally relating to transfer of development rights.
