COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
liability; increasing a certain death benefit; transferring certain provisions to
the Laws of Baltimore County 2003; repealing certain obsolete provisions;
defining certain terms; providing for the construction and application of this Act;
providing for the continuity of terms of certain officials, the status of certain
transactions and employees, rights, titles, and interests, licenses, registrations,
certifications, and permits; providing for a retroactive effective date for a portion
of this Act; providing for a contingent effective date of this Act; and generally
relating to the laws of the County.
