AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Zoning - Waterman's Home Commercial Use

FOR the purpose of establishing a waterman's home commercial use as a conditional
use in certain residential zoning district; setting certain conditions for the
waterman's home commercial use; establishing certain requirements for a
certificate of use for a waterman's home commercial use; and generally relating
to waterman's home commercial uses.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:

Article 28, § 2-204(b)(7)(x) and (8)(i) and (iii)4; 2-2A-03(b)(9B) and (10)(iii)2;

2-302(b)(10) and (11); 2-402(b)(7) and (8); and 2-502(b)(6) and (7)
