AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Zoning - Commercial Revitalization

FOR the purpose of amending the Commercial Revitalization provisions found in the
Commercial Title of the Zoning Article by adding self-service storage facilities
as a conditional use; permitting a portion of a property that will be utilized as a
Commercial Revitalization Facility to be developed as residential dwelling units;
and matters generally concerning self-service storage facilities and residential
dwelling units within Commercial Revitalization Facilities.

BY renumbering

Article 28, §§ 3-303(b)(3)(ii)14 through 17 and (iii) through (x); and
3-403(b)(3)(iii) through (x) to be Article 28, §§ 3-303(b)(3)(ii)15 through 18
and (iv) through (xi); and 3-403(b)(3)(iv) through (xi), inclusive.
