Executive Branch Organization - Fire Chief

change the name of the Fire Administrator to Fire Chief and to have the Fire
Chief be directly responsible to the County Executive.

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Purchasing - Competitive Sealed Bidding

FOR the purpose of amending a certain provision in the Purchasing Article of the
County Code to require that only for competitive sealed bids and proposals, a
bidder shall submit a sworn statement that the bidder has not been a party to
an agreement with other bidders.
