[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date August 10, 2003]

RESOLUTION NO. 971

CHARTER AMENDMENT

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SALISBURY,
MARYLAND AMENDING THE CITY CHARTER'S DEBT LIMIT PROVISION,
SC7-48, TO REFLECT CHANGES MADE BY THE STATE OF MARYLAND TO THE
ASSESSED VALUE FOR REAL PROPERTY.

[Section SC7-48 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date July 1, 2003]

RESOLUTION NO. 973

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Easterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"U.S. Route 50 East - Milford Street Associates Annexation" being an area located on
the Westerly side of Carolyn Avenue and the Northerly side of U.S. Route 50 East.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date August 10, 2003]

RESOLUTION NO. 1011

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Northerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "U.S. Route 13 North - Advance Auto Annexation" being an area located on the
Westerly side of U.S. Route 13 North.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date December 25, 2003]
