MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

OF MILES POINT PROPERTY, LLC AND CERTAIN ADJACENT WATERS AND
LANDS OF THE MILES RIVER

[Section 4 of Article I of the Charter of the Town of Saint Michaels, Talbot
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

Effective Date December 12, 2003]

SALISBURY

(Wicomico County)

RESOLUTION NO. 933

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "Honeysuckle Drive - Rector Property Annexation" being an area located on the
Northerly side of Honeysuckle Drive.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date May 29, 2003]

RESOLUTION NO. 956

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Northwesterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "West Naylor Mill Road - Interfaith Housing Annexation" being an area
located on the Southerly side of West Naylor Mill Road.

[Pursuant to Section SC1-1 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement).

Effective Date August 10, 2003]

RESOLUTION NO. 957

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Southerly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
the "Onley Road - Cedar Crossing Addition Annexation" being an area located on the
Northerly side of Onley Road.
