A RESOLUTION OF THE PRESIDENT AND COMMISSIONERS OF PRINCESS
ANNE TO AMEND § 202 "ANNEXATIONS" OF THE CHARTER OF PRINCESS

ANNE

A RESOLUTION of the President and Commissioners of Princess Anne,
Maryland proposing the annexation to the Town of Princess Anne of a certain area of
land situated contiguous to and binding upon the Southerly Corporate Limits of the
Town of Princess Anne, popularly known as the "The Ent Annexation" bounded on the
North by the Princess Anne Industrial Park, on the West by Fairmount Manor, Inc
lands; and bounded on the South by the lands of Edna P. Brittingham, and Gary King;
and on the east by the lands now or formerly of Gary King.

[Section 202 T. of the Charter of the Town of Princess Anne, Somerset County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), added.

Effective Date September 11, 2003]

RESOLUTION NO. 2003-07

A RESOLUTION of the President and Commissioners of Princess Anne, Maryland

proposing the annexation to the Town of Princess Anne of a certain area of land

situated contiguous to and binding upon the northerly Corporate Limits of the

Town of Princess Anne, popularly known as the "The D & T Realty/Dorsey

Annexation" bounded on the North by the UMES Boulevard, on the West by US

Route 13; and bounded on the East by Maryland Route 675 (Somerset Ave); and on

the south by the corporate limits of the Town.
