amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION NO. 2003-02

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF MOUNTAIN LAKE
PARK, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland (1981 Constitutions Replacement Volume) and Section 13 of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1996 Replacement Volume and 1999
Cumulative Supplement), to repeal section 26-17 of the code of Public Local Laws of
Garrett County, known as the Mountain Lake Park Charter, said Section being
entitled: "Enforcement", in its entirely and reenact a new Section 26-17 in its place
and stead.
