PARTICIPATE IN INTERGOVERNMENTAL PURCHASING COOPERATIVES AND
UTILIZE COMPETITIVE BIDDING CONDUCTED BY OTHER MARYLAND
GOVERNMENTAL BODIES ("PIGGYBACKING").

MARYLAND, AMENDING THE TOWN CHARTER, ADDING SECTION C-724,
BORROWING BETWEEN FUNDS, TO AUTHORIZE THE TOWN TO BORROW
MONEY FROM ONE TOWN FUND TO BENEFIT ANOTHER TOWN FUND, UPON
THE PASSAGE OF AN ORDINANCE.
