MUNICIPAL UTILITIES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, this resolution of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro, Maryland, is
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article 23-A, Section 17 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, to amend the Charter of the Mayor and Council of Boonsboro as published
in the Municipal Charters in Maryland (1988 Edition), Maryland Department of
Legislative Reference, by revising Article 9, Section 902, entitled, "Number of
Commissioners; selection, term";
[Section 902 of the Charter of the Town of Boonsboro, Washington County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2003 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
