(c) The audit required by subsection (a)(2) of this section and the report
required by subsection (b) of this section, at the Board's discretion, may be combined
with any other audit or report for the same fiscal year required to be submitted by the
Board to the Governor and the General Assembly.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning

State Personnel and Pensions - Temporary or Contractual Reemployment of
Retirees of the Workforce Reduction Act

FOR the purpose of repealing the process for approving temporary or contractual
reemployment of the retirees of the Workforce Reduction Act of 1996; and
repealing a certain limit on the reemployment of these retirees.
