EHRLICH, JR., Governor Ch. 456 (ii) Practicing under the direct supervision of qualified faculty or (iii) Practicing under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse while (5) PERFORMS MEDICATION TECHNICIAN TASKS AS A STUDENT WHILE (6) WORKS AS A PRINCIPAL OR SCHOOL SECRETARY, DOES NOT 8-6A-03. (a) An individual shall be certified as a nursing assistant by the Board before (1) Use the title "certified nursing assistant"; (2) Use the initials "C.N.A." after the name of the individual; or (3) Represent to the public that the individual is certified as a nursing (b) [A medication assistant shall be required to register with the Board.] AN (1) USE THE TITLE "CERTIFIED MEDICATION TECHNICIAN"; (2) USE THE INITIALS "C.M.T."
