Ch. 456 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND [(d)] (E) "Certificate" means a certificate issued by the Board to practice as a (F) "CERTIFIED MEDICATION TECHNICIAN" MEANS AN INDIVIDUAL WHO: (1) HAS COMPLETED A BOARD-APPROVED (2) IS CERTIFIED BY THE BOARD AS A MEDICATION TECHNICIAN.
