Ch. 430 2004 LAWS OF MARYLAND 21-812. (a) A license expires on the first anniversary of its effective date, unless the (b) At least 1 month before the license expires, the Secretary shall send to the (1) The date on which the current license expires; (2) The date by which the renewal application must be received by the (3) The amount of the renewal fee. (c) Before a license expires, the licensee periodically may renew it for an (1) Otherwise is entitled to a license; (2) Pays to the Secretary a renewal fee ESTABLISHED BY THE (3) Submits to the Secretary: (i) A renewal application on the form that the Secretary requires; (ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance with the requirements of (d) [(1)] The renewal fee under this section shall be based on: [(i)] (1) If the licensee has a manufacturing facility located in this [(ii)] (2) If the licensee has a manufacturing facility not located in [(2) The annual fee under this section shall be assessed as follows: (i) 0 to 25,000 gallons....................................................................$10 (ii) 25,001 to 100,000 gallons.........................................................$50 (iii) 100,001 to 250,000 gallons.....................................................$100 (iv) 250,001 to 500,000 gallons.....................................................$150 (v) Over 500,000 gallons...........................................................$200.] (e) The Secretary shall renew the license of each licensee who meets the - 1912 -
