relocatable classrooms and related
facilities at the Charles H. Hickey, Jr.
School before June 30, 2004. Any
funds unexpended at the end of the
fiscal year shall revert to the General
Fund.

12. R00A04.01 Local Management Board Fund

To become available immediately upon
passage of this budget to supplement the
appropriation for fiscal year 2004 to
provide funds to the Local Management
Boards to implement one-time projects
agreed to as part of multi-year
agreements.
