(5)     The municipal area and county where the principal banking office of
the subsidiary savings bank is to be located;

(6)     The number of directors and the names and residence addresses of
those who will serve as directors until their successors are elected and qualify; and

(7)     A statement that [all] MORE THAN 50% OF the shares of capital stock
issued shall be held by the mutual holding company.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October June 1, 2004.

AN ACT concerning

Somerset County - Volunteer Fire Departments - Appropriations

FOR the purpose of increasing appropriations to be made by the Somerset County
Commissioners to certain volunteer fire companies and departments in
Somerset County for certain fiscal years; and generally relating to the volunteer
fire companies and departments in Somerset County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(a) (1) The County Commissioners shall appropriate and levy annually the
following amounts for the use of the organized volunteer fire companies in the
County:
