PARRIS N. GLENDENING, Governor
Ch. 26
(3) REPORT THE DISBURSEMENTS MADE IN CONNECTION WITH THE
LICENSED ACTIVITIES; AND (4) STATE THAT THE LICENSEE HAS NOT PAID A FEE FOR THE RENTAL
OF PREMISES ON WHICH THE GAME WAS CONDUCTED TO: (I) ITSELF; (II) A TRUSTEE OF THE LICENSEE; (III)  A COMMITTEE OF THE LICENSEE; OR (IV) ANY ORGANIZATION WITH THE SAME MEMBERS OR
SUBSTANTIALLY THE SAME MEMBERS AS THE LICENSEE. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived without substantive
change from former Art. 27, § 256(d). In subsections (a) and (b) of this section, the reference to a "licensee" is
substituted for the former reference to an "applicant", since the required
reports must be made after the applicant becomes a licensee. In subsection (a)(3)(i) of this section, the former reference to keeping
records "on file" is deleted as included in the reference to "keep[ing]" the
records. In subsection (a)(3)(iii) of this section, the reference to "the sheriff ... the
State's Attorney for the county; or a representative of the sheriff or the
State's Attorney" is substituted for the former reference to "member of the
Sheriff's office or the State's Attorney's office" for clarity. Also in subsection (a)(3)(iii) of this section, the reference to the State's
Attorney "for the county" is added for clarity and accuracy. In the introductory language of subsection (b)(1) of this section, the
reference to stating "whether" authorized activities were conducted in a
certain manner is substituted for the former reference to stating "that"
they were so conducted for accuracy. In subsection (b)(1) of this section, the former reference to "the date" is
deleted as included in the reference to "the dates". See Art. 1, § 8. In subsection (b)(4) of this section, the reference to the premises "on which
the game was conducted" is added for clarity. Defined term: "Sheriff" § 13-2501 13-2505. WICOMICO COUNTY GAMING ADVISORY COMMITTEE. (A) ESTABLISHED. (1) THERE IS A GAMING ADVISORY COMMITTEE IN THE COUNTY.
(2) THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE ARE APPOINTED BY, AND SERVE
AT THE PLEASURE OF, THE SHERIFF.
