"DEFENSE-RELATED ACTIVITY" MEANS:

(2) THE PROSECUTION OF WAR BY THE UNITED STATES OR A COUNTRY
WITH WHICH THE UNITED STATES MAINTAINS FRIENDLY RELATIONS.

(C) IDENTIFICATION BADGE.
"IDENTIFICATION BADGE" MEANS A BADGE THAT A PERSON WEARS TO SHOW
THE PERSON'S IDENTITY OR RIGHT TO BE IN OR ON ANY PREMISES DESCRIBED IN §
9-704 OF THIS SUBTITLE.
