WICOMICO COUNTY
Bill No. 2001-15 AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
amending the following articles and sections of said chapter: Article II entitled "A-1
Agricultural-Rural District," Section 225-5 entitled "Uses"; Article VI entitled "R-20,
R-21, and R-22 Residential Districts," Sections 225-24B and 225-26B both entitled
"Uses Permitted"; Article X entitled "IS-1-Institutional and Select Industrial
District," Section 225-49 entitled "Uses"; and Article XI entitled "I-1 Light Industrial
District," Section 225-54 entitled "Uses" to delete the use of publicly owned and
operated buildings and uses from all the above listed districts.
