AN ACT concerning
Employees - Military Leave and Pay
FOR the purpose of providing that employees receiving certain orders to active
service receive certain leave and full pay; providing all employees who enter the
Armed Forces be reinstated under certain circumstances; authorizing a military
leave of absence without pay for a certain period of time; providing for the
construction and application of this Act; and generally relating to employees
military leave and pay.

Wireless Telecommunications Towers - Historic and Scenic Resources
FOR the purpose of revising the procedures for the review of wireless communication
towers; requiring the Tower Review Committee Zoning Commissioner to
consider scenic viewshed elements arid historic areas; requiring a tower
applicant to petition for a special hearing under certain circumstances
prohibiting towers from interfering with scenic viewshed elements; requiring
towers to be in harmony with certain historic areas; requiring the Zoning
Commissioner to areas; requiring the Zoning Commissioner to make certain
determinations concerning towers based on substantial evidence; authorizing
the Commissioner to consider certain factors when considering a tower
providing for in certain zones; procedures before the Commissioner; prohibiting
appeals from a decision of the Tower Review Committee; authorizing certain
persons to petition for a special hearing, requiring requiring the Planning Board
to catalogue and identify scenic viewshed elements and areas; defining certain
terms; and generally relating to wireless communication towers.
